Dispute Resolution 2024: TBH's George Matta confirmed as speaker

Construction Week Middle East’s Dispute Resolution Question Time is back in 2024!

As we get ready for the event, we are excited to announce George Matta, Director at TBH as a speaker at the conference set to take place on 23 May at the Grosvenor House, Dubai.

The event will run from 9 am to 1 pm.

In keeping with UAE’s ambitious development agenda, a staggering number and variety of development projects are either ongoing or in the pipeline in the region.

However, as the number of contracts awarded for these projects grows, so do the number of disputes, which are primarily caused by contract management failure, poor contract drafting and administration, cash flow issues, and payment delays.

The Dispute Resolution Question Time event will welcome the GCC’s top legal experts who will shine a light on the legal and regulatory framework for infrastructure development and PPP’s in the Middle East. They will also demystify how construction schedules can be streamlined with resolution of construction disputes.
