01/6/2024 19:39 | South Africa election: ANC Loses majority. Amidst Other Problems, Power cuts have caused a negative sentiment bubble.. The new coalition government will need plenty of copper to sort that problem out, not to mention the growing global population, and the move towards green Energy, patience is all that’s needed here. | paulhopeful
01/6/2024 19:17 | Shows what good grades we have to process! That's a real big boys operation..... | sb
01/6/2024 18:07 | Interesting! | philby1
01/6/2024 09:41 | 7.7 is not where the bid really was at the end of trading froggers. I suspect in the absence of level 2 that just one or maybe two of the mms reduced the bid possibly just to get out of the market. Maybe ant could either confirm that or put me right. News could come anytime and I doubt that the fiasco you point up will happen again given the makeup of the current board. Please keep in mind that even in the worst of circumstances the current share price does not relate to the production levels of Chrome and even copper. Too many hung up on whether this is currently worth 30p or more in the future when they should be looking at what jlp is doing now. The future will take care of itself and sadly from mankinds perspective it's not looking all that good. | pshevlin
31/5/2024 21:24 | Interesting to see the fallout from BHP’s failed bid for Anglo American: Both Anglo and BHP will be looking to enhance their copper assets and JLP could now be a potential target imo. | the skipper
31/5/2024 18:04 | Err, yes it is actually | frogkid
31/5/2024 18:03 | We sitting on our own little gold mine it's going to come soon | the_isolator
31/5/2024 16:56 | To be fair Frog I had forgotten about those things until you mentioned them. | wet your knot
31/5/2024 16:47 | May is still not over. We may get an update on Monday... | pedigree_scum
31/5/2024 16:45 | Cheers Ant, personally I don't believe 7.7 will hold with no news. People haven't yet forgotten the death/water/power-ga | frogkid
31/5/2024 16:35 | Interesting 10 minute video on CNBC on "the looming copper shortage" Its a free to air piece not hidden behind a paywall. Have a look. Good weekend all. | chozza
31/5/2024 16:12 | Absolutely not Frog. It's bloody annoying and a very simple thing for the company to do but we can only hope they do have it and are focussing on getting it all up and running before telling the world. I'm confident it will happen just don't know if it's going to be next week or not. Meanwhile the bid is at 7.7p which is the low I said it would hit in the rising channel. I hope it now holds for the news but volume is terrible currently. | 21ant
31/5/2024 16:11 | If we didn't get the missing part it's obviously someone else's fault. I'm sure we did though as we would almost definitely have been told. Keeping that under the hat would be far worse than owning up. There are still all sorts of things that can go wrong with stuff that others are responsible for though evn at the best of times. . | pshevlin
31/5/2024 15:43 | So everyone seems really happy not to find out if we actually got the missing part for Roan. I am not. | frogkid
31/5/2024 11:36 | Leon did say they wouldn't give 2025 targets until Roan is complete and up and running which makes sense really. At least #GMET is doing well. I only have a small holding there sadly but it's welcome nonetheless whilst this stagnates a bit. Won't be long now | 21ant
31/5/2024 11:29 | Apparrantly not GFR. We had them early. | pshevlin
31/5/2024 11:16 | What nerves? | sb
31/5/2024 11:02 | I thought we were also due 2025 targets by the end of May? An RNS early next week might help to settle any nerves? | goingforarun
31/5/2024 08:46 | .....or the week after. | pshevlin
31/5/2024 08:45 | No deadline missed. Remember Jubilee said "the team is set to conclude assembly and commissioning by the end of May 2024" They never said they would issue an RNS by the end of May. Like Undertaker I expect to see an RNS next week. | freedom97
31/5/2024 08:41 | Commissioning can always hit small snags but as long as there's no major set backs (which we would heard about im sure)Then I'd say it's all pretty much the norm | the_isolator
31/5/2024 08:25 | So you reckon all is OK WYK, but they're not going to update the market. Pull the other one,it's got Big Ben on it ! | frogkid
31/5/2024 08:20 | Yes I believe you are correct shevvers | frogkid
31/5/2024 08:10 | Bad news has not been hidden recently since the new appointments to my knowledge. | pshevlin
31/5/2024 08:07 | Prior delays or not, there is a committed timeline associated with a set of works (as previously announced) and there is no timeline associated with releasing an update to the market concerning the progress on those works. | wet your knot |
