when i open calculator in win 10 it work but i cant move on screen any answer about that.
i reboot and when i open the calculator it was at the same place ??

Hello,
Try to re-register Calculator app. Open Windows PowerShell, paste following and press Enter key:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *WindowsCalculator*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

Give this a try to see if it can get Calculator working again.
Open Settings > Apps > Apps & Features
(if you running Windows 10 1607 or earlier, open Settings > System > Apps & Features)
Scroll down to the Calculator App
Select Calculator, click Advanced Options
Click Reset
See if Calculator opens.
