I recently had a very disappointing experience with Swiss Air. The in-flight entertainment system was faulty, making the long flight unbearable. The chief offered a voucher and assured me it could be used for inflight shopping. However, when I downloaded the voucher, I realized it was only for flight booking, not for inflight shopping!!!! Either the chief lied to us or he was unfamiliar with the policy. The inflight service was poor, with unresponsive and indifferent staff, who didn’t serve me breakfast service entirely as the stewardess admitted she forgot! When I pressed the call light, no one came. When I approached the crew to ask why, the chief rudely told me, "We have 250 passengers and are busy with the service. Don’t expect anyone to be free to answer the call light!" Additionally, water was offered only once during the entire 13-hour flight. To make matters worse, my luggage missed the connection and was delayed for 37 hours. Despite receiving an email stating my luggage would be delivered to my hotel the next day between 2-4 pm, I only received it at 10 pm, causing significant inconvenience. When I tried to reach out to customer service, there was no response. It felt like they just don't care about their passengers. Please stay away from Swiss Air!
