I recently had a very disappointing experience with Swiss Air. The in-flight entertainment system was faulty, making the long flight unbearable. The chief offered a voucher and assured me it could be used for inflight shopping. However, when I downloaded the voucher, I realized it was only for flight booking, not for inflight shopping!!!! Either the chief lied to us or he was unfamiliar with the policy. The inflight service was poor, with unresponsive and indifferent staff, who didn’t serve me breakfast service entirely as the stewardess admitted she forgot! When I pressed the call light, no one came. When I approached the crew to ask why, the chief rudely told me, "We have 250 passengers and are busy with the service. Don’t expect anyone to be free to answer the call light!" Additionally, water was offered only once during the entire 13-hour flight. To make matters worse, my luggage missed the connection and was delayed for 37 hours. Despite receiving an email stating my luggage would be delivered to my hotel the next day between 2-4 pm, I only received it at 10 pm, causing significant inconvenience. When I tried to reach out to customer service, there was no response. It felt like they just don't care about their passengers. Please stay away from Swiss Air! This will be my first and last time flying with them.

My flight was on May 9, 2024 and on May 07 I bid for an upgrade on Swiss app. Upgrade for a business class and my bid was 700 €. I never won a bid and when I called it was told to me by their representative that money will be returned to my card. I never got the money back and today when I called Swissair in NY no one could help me. Their representatives even told me that they can’t find any details on a flight and after transferring me to different department I had enough and asked for a supervisor. The representative by the name Ane has told me that Swissair does not have any Supervisors. And after few more non helpful comments by her, she kinda said that there is nothing she or anyone else can do. My question to her was if Swissair simply stole my money and she was quiet. I would never expected that from a Swissair, but I hope this will help other people. Do not use upgrade options and if there is any way, avoid Swissair all together. If there is a problem their help to the customers is non existent!!!

They cancelled the flight one night before take off , I lost all the money I paid for luggage and seats for the return flight as well , when I called to get their help I spoke with multiple people they were rude and their answer was to go get a flight from Lufthansa , it was a lot of waste of money and time on the phone to keep calling them to help but help is not what they do , they just pass you to another airline or they tell you to call back maybe you have a better chance next time , I would just stay away from swissair .

I traveled twice with this company and was the worst experience. First time they lost our luggage and second time was delayed and missed my connection flight! Never again !!!!!!!!

Swiss downgraded the TLV-ZRH flight from a medium-haul flight (4 hours) to a short-haul flight, and even basic services were not available. Due to our status, we were upgraded to First Class seats on the aging A340. The seats were uncomfortable, to say the least and not particularly clean. There was no amenity kit, no menu, no pillows and no blankets on this flight. Incredible! As for the food, well, it was edible, at most. Service was pretty average. Bottom line - a fantastic route gone bad due to Swiss.
