I have been to other 110 gulls and they were good, this one was not. We sat for over an hour with no food. When it came it wasn’t good. My salmon was fishy and inedible. Lettuce was brown on my daughters salad. I ordered wine and didn’t specify so they brought me the most expensive. I had one bite of my food and server just took it away without asking what was wrong. Not a good experience

This place has amazing food along with great service. Evan our waiter was very attentive and brought our chowder, scallop/crab risotto and my shrimp scampi all within time to enjoy each course starting with a glass of wine. The place was crowded but not overwhelming. Try it out yourself before you believe all those negative reviews.

I LOVE 110 Grill, would happily eat here every day if I could, the food is so good, the environment is welcoming easy and friendly, and its not crazy expensive. Very recommended for all, couples and families.

We took my family to the 110 Grill after my son's graduation from Umass-Dartmouth. We chose the restaurant because one in the family cannot eat gluten. The staff carefully served all of us and we had a great meal and the food and service was excellent.

This was the worst meal ever at the 110 Grill. We sat and waited 15 minutes at the bar for someone to at least acknowledge we were there. If it wasn’t because of another customer flagging down the bartender, we’d still be sitting there! We finally got drinks, but when I try to explain to the bartender that there was too much sour mix, he argued with me! He told me he would have to charge me extra to fix it. Once that debacle was taken care of we waited another 15 minutes to get our food ordered. After an indeterminate amount of time, we saw our food sitting on the kitchen window while the manager stood there talking with her son and other people. I really don’t think the child belongs in the kitchen area, but that’s just my opinion. The food was lukewarm when we got it, but I didn’t want to get yelled at again so I didn’t say anything to the bartender. Once we finish our meal, I actually set a timer to see how long it would take to get someone to acknowledge us so we could get a bill. Mind you, the bar was practically empty and we still waited over 14 minutes for the bill. Seems to me the bartender should have been less concerned about cutting up lemons and oranges and more concerned about the patrons. I doubt I will be going back to the Fall River location of the 110 Grill anytime soon. I don’t blame the staff, but I think the management needs to be replaced. What do you think?

I just had one of the worst experiences ever at 110 Grill I am still reeling for the level of disrespect and racism I felt at the hand of the supposed "District manager". I will abolutely be writing every social media site and all my friends, acquaintances , colleagues, etc to detail the racism I experienced at the hands of manager on duty @Justin Rantazza jrandazza@110grill.com. Not even sure if that was his name but the way he treated me after waiting over 30 minutes for a caesar salad with no meat was unacceptable. He treated me and looked at me like I was just dirt under his shoe. I know we have all experienced racism at certain points in our life, I just never thought it would happen again tonight. I came in to order salad, no meat. Even went to the bar to order a drink as I waited. After 25 minutes I went to the seating hostess and waitstaff at the front and asked them to add extra caesar dressing and to check on my salad order. I informed her I was at the bar and she went back to check. After like 15 more minutes I went to that waitress/seating hostess at the front and asked about my salad. She then informed me that the receipt got lost and they had to take my order again. I then asked for a manager. Manager @Justin Rantacca after waiting 10 more minutes came and delivered my salad. No apologies for the time I waited. But while I tried to explain how unacceptable it was this happened, things escalated quickly. He quickly shut me down and asked if I called ahead of time. I said no, but it was just a salad. I will never forget the disgusted way he looked at me. I said sir, it should not matter if I ordered ahead of time, he then went into how busy it was etc and kept talking over talking me. I said is there someone else I can speak to. He then informed me, he was the district manager and told me no. He then said you have your salad I need you to leave. I said .. ok, but you still aren't listening to the disservice I experienced. He walked away. I got the took my caesar salad and walked out, took a look at it and it was literally lettuce and croutons. Went back in and asked to be refunded. This "Manager " @Justin Rantacca at the Fall River 110 Grille on 560 Williams S Canning Blvd, got extremely hostile and asked me to leave. Told me I was barred from coming into 110 Grill simply because I was not satisfied with the level of service I received. I walked away distraught and emotional at that exchange. The place was 90 percent white people and I was extremely saddened by the treatment I received. If I was a white woman I would have never received that level of disrespect as I was shown. When I called him out on it, he tried to throw me out the restaurant. Never have I been so embarrassed as I did today. I am a manager, and the first thing you do is apologize. I never asked 110 Grill to be comped for my meal, I just wanted some level of accountability. But after I was disrespected and received this lack luster salad I asked to be refunded. Never again. I will make sure that I take this up the food chain and complain to whomever I need to. This was completely unacceptable. PLEASE BAR THIS RESTAURANT..... RACISTS work there.

Just need to let people know that their food was not only below standard, but also when I wrote to the location, I was ignored. This is just not professional. That is why I thought I will come here. I ordered food for four. When we received it, it was below sub-par. My Caesar salad had brown throughout the entire salad. The chicken was in a separate container……cold. The burger that was asked to be medium well was well done. They asked for NO CHEESE and it had cheese on it. The other two burgers that were asked to be medium was so rare that they couldn’t eat it. Both burgers did not have toppings they asked for and the fries were beyond cold. This is no exaggeration. Had we been able to go back we would’ve. Mind you this food cost $72! I kept my ticket to try and talk to someone and I was ignored. We will never even think to go back, and will encourage people not to go there. What a disappointment.

I just don’t get the whole appeal. Tries to be trendy, but the food is tasteless, expensive and the service not that great. This was our second and last time going.

Let me start by saying that we used to really enjoy the 110 Grill in Fall River. We visited often for dinner before or after a movie next door, or to sit at the bar to watch a game. Having outdoor seating was great, especially as we emerged from COVID. The place was well-staffed with friendly people, the management seemed to care, and the food was good, and consistent, if not spectacular. The last few visits have been terrible, though, and we're not going back. It started with the grilled tuna entree. The piece of tuna was done correctly (rare), but full of fat and gristle. Strike one. On an another occasion, we ordered the kale Caesar salad, one of our previous favorites. When we mentioned that we planned on splitting it, it came in two impossibly small bowls (I'm not sure where you can even buy them that small). And, no one in the kitchen seemed to know the difference between shaved parmesan (our request to replace the goat cheese) and the stuff that appears to come out of those green cans from the supermarket. Strike two. On a beautiful day we decided to sit outside. Unfortunately, the hostess didn't seem to let the waitstaff know that we and others were waiting out there for service. It took over 40 minutes to get anyone to pay attention to us, and other customers seemed to experiencing the same delays. We finally got our drinks and food, although the steak tips were small and overdone, and nothing was very inspiring. When we asked to see the hostess, she gave us cards for free appetizers on a return visit to make up for it (although you have to buy an entree to take advantage of "free). Since this was three strikes, we should have called the game here. Last night was the topper. In order to avoid an hour-plus wait for a table, we grabbed two seats at the bar. There was only one bartender, and he was trying to cover food and beverage for the bar, drinks for the rest of the restaurant, and bus his own area - no bar-back to grab used items and take them for dishwashing. Speaking of which, he was forced to just rinse glasses in the sink and re-use them, and my wine glass had someone else's lipstick on it. The poor bartender was doing his best, but none of the wait staff helped him out, preferring to stand around the bar waiting for their drink orders to be filled. At the same time there were 3 host staff hovering around the front desk, just chatting and checking their phones. Clearly a huge mismatch in staffing in comparison with the work to be done, and the company needs to figure out that customers come first. A woman at the bar said that she's had the same experience at two other 110 Grill locations, so it doesn't seem isolated to this one restaurant. In the end it took nearly two hours to get seated, get the bartender's attention to order drinks and food, get silverware and a clean wine glass, and be served. It should have taken half that time. At the end of the night we cashed in our loyalty points, used the "free" appetizer card, and bid the 110 Grill goodbye. We gave them one extra strike. Now we're done.

Forget it! This place looks upscale, with a nice menu. However, they need to hire real cooks and someone to supervise them. I ordered grilled swordfish, and could have gotten a better piece at the supermarket. I ordered Brussels sprouts as a side, which were undercooked. I could have prepared a better meal at home. Just not worth the prices.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal and acoustic performance by Giuliana and Santino. I was impressed by the Covid-readiness the Grill displayed. Menus on your phone, host and servers wearing masks correctly and our meals were outstanding! Crab Rangoon Dip served with homemade potato chips, pita bread and celery sticks- delish!! Then we split a pesto margarita flatbread that was so fresh and tasty. Our Sauvignon Blanc was also quite good. Great food, great service, great music!! We will be back soon!

Koby is a wonderful waiter. Light hearted, sweet and cordial. Food was great, fish taco and a yummy burger. Lots of space in this new pandemic world. A very nice experience. A+

Loved my visit today. Koby was our server and he was awesome. Drinks were delicious. Burger and fish tacos our lunch. Never disappointed here. Pay covid set up very comfortable, all precautions in place.
