Good episode. Lot of clever jokes (loved 'Chronic fatigue syndrome' and 'backhand compliment'). Also good callbacks. They kept the same model for Cleveland's dad (think this might be the first time we're seeing him on Family Guy), and also remembered Glen has an anger issue with sports (also seen with him playing gold and bowling).

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a disease where people are tired all the time. But in this case they're referring to Castro wearing those green army clothes (called 'fatigues') all the time, which is what people always picture him in. It's basically a pun.

So the parodies were Rocky Balboa for Peter, Jimmy Connors for Quagmire (I think) & I can’t quite figure out Cleveland’s.
I think it's more John McEnroe, since he was married to Tatum O'Neal IRL, but there were elements of Connors as well.
It's definitely a blend of the two, but more McEnroe. Connors had a similar on court temperament before McEnroe - minus the racket breaking.
It's strange they'll reference the Cleveland Show, immediately after giving Cleveland a story that directly contradicts the entire plot of the series.
Although it seemed to be directed mostly at Peter, I got the impression that Joe wrote the whole episode off as BS.
