Hugo Rifkind Times (UK) It’s very funny about crime podcasting itself, with its meandering storytelling and self-obsession. Jul 5, 2022 Full Review Barry Divola Sydney Morning Herald There are plenty of laughs -- not least in the finale where Martin does a phenomenal stretch of physical comedy -- but there's real heart to the story, too. Jan 11, 2022 Full Review Robert Lloyd Los Angeles Times Steve Martin, whose career path has intersected television since before he was a writer and an occasional presence on The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour, has in his mid-70s co-created a splendidly funny, involving and one might even say youthful series. Dec 13, 2021 Full Review Bree Fowler CNET The plot takes a handful of twists and turns over the 10-episode season. If you figure out who did it before the characters do (I did), just sit back and enjoy the ride... Mar 30, 2023 Full Review Annie Banks Chuck Load of Comics Only Murders in the Building takes no time to slow down while revolving around a slow-burning plot, topping each episode off with a cliffhanger that needs to be satisfied by a binge of the entire season. Rated: 9/10 Feb 24, 2023 Full Review Bill Brioux Brioux.tv After a while, as much as the story keeps moving from wonder to surprise, you really don’t care who dunnit, or why. You just want to keep spending time with Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selina Gomez. Sep 14, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

      A. D This show is a masterpiece!! Waiting for the season 4. The only thing I would change 1) eliminate f-bombs. completely not needed. The show is truly amazing. 2) a voice-over for Selena Gomez's nasal voice. Hearing her talk hurts my brain. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/02/24 Full Review Emanuele B As a "detective story" it doesn't work, because you never have enough intel to figure out who's the guilty one until the end. But as a "crime comedy" it works wonderfully because the cast is perfect, the gentle humor is there, the chemistry between older and younger generations works and it's never ever gratuitously gross. Go watch it now if you can, and enjoy the simple things of life. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/23/24 Full Review Andrew J A captivating series. Steve Martin and Martin short are a dynamic duo. I found Selena Gomez to be the weakest link, but she just seems to fit the part. Great job Selena your acting is far better than your music. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/24 Full Review Julian R With an expansive cast and unique characters, Season One of Only Murders In The Building manages to pull off it's character development and reach a shocking twist flawlessly, in a way that feels climactic and satisfying. It never seems to get boring as you watch it, and it never really gets old no matter how many times I re-watch it. The whole show is amazing as itself, but Season One just has something special that makes it stand out. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/24 Full Review Ismat Jit K absolutely hilarious! one of the most unique shows I have ever seen. what a charming trio as well! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/24 Full Review BigGeek U An unexpectedly amazing show. I had heard a lot of buzz about this show, but was a non-believer that it could be that good. When it started, I was intrigued but didn't think it deserved the hype. By the end of the season, I was a believer. The cast, story, jokes, mystery was all very enthralling and I definitely recommend all to watch Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
