New York Institute of Technology

NYIT's sports teams, known as the Bears, mainly compete in the Eastern College Athletic Conference. NYIT's baseball team is the school's only NCAA Division I team; most teams play in Division II. In addition to its undergraduate offerings, NYIT has a medical school and graduate health programs. Notable alumni of NYIT include MLB Network host Brian Kenny, Fox News Channel anchor Patti Ann Browne and Chicago White Sox pitching coach Don Cooper.
