I recently leased a new Jeep Wrangler with Dannica Jefferson at City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Brookfield, and had the best experience ever at a dealership. Dannica was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her attention to details was simply superb. She truly went above and beyond. Austin, JP, Brian and Rob were great too. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring I got the best experience from start to finish was incredible. I walked away feeling like a valued client and of course, drove away with a new vehicle.

Car was priced well online which brought us in. Upon getting in there was a lot of pressure by the Sales Manager. My wife and I had to come in separately and were told different answers to the same questions. There was multiple things the salesman told us that we found out was not true. We liked the car and the price so despite the extremely poor sales experience we decided to move forward with the purchase. The finance person was great. When we were walking out the door we were told there was only one key to the car for the first time. We were then told two different stories about where the key was with a promise to reach out to the previous owner. Still no resolve to that issue. Not an honest car buying experience and we would not buy from this dealer again or recommend this dealer.

They were very kind and open to negotiation on a used vehicle. However, we did have mechanical issues 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and they were not willing to help and began ignoring my calls and messages about the vehicle. They had also incorrectly filled the paperwork relating to the purchase and title.

The first numbers I received from this dealer were all wrong and clearly attempting to make me pay over the listed sale price. Illegal practices. I was the wrong customer to try to pull this over on, and luckily they were quick to remove those incorrect chargers. Finance was smooth sailing, sales just seemed to be an issue. After getting home, I found that my back windshield wipe had been taped on. Lots of undisclosed issues this dealership tried to not only hide, but ask for far more money than listed.

It was real nice to work with the folks at city Dodge. No pressure at all and very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at. This is my second vehicle from them and will be back for a third when that time comes.
