Love/Hate Epsiodes...
Which episode do you both love and hate?
On another rewatch, realised how many episodes I dislike at the end of S3 and jumped ahead to Lo Fi. Realised JJ/Will has been revealed so jumped back to Damaged which I had avoided because of the Rossi/kids/carnie storyline 🥱
DID NOT REMEMBER that this is also the episode with Chester Hardwick! So many great moments in this storyline, one of my absolute favourites.
I wish Chester actually tried something to be honest would’ve been fun to see
You and me both
Ooh yes it would have been🙈
God whats wrong with us😹
Damaged is one of my favourite episodes. The Rossi subplot is a little meh but it's got great team moments. Plus I feel like they need to do more episodes where team members have different storylines.
Yes this is all true!
And it also features Maggie from the Nanny 🤣
This episode has my second favourite Hotch/Reid interaction after Revelations
What about LDSK. They have some really good interactions in that episode as well.
Of course. My late night brain forgot. LDSK is the best. I love their relationship actually, it doesn't get enough credit.
Also love Hotch telling him off a couple of episodes later in Elephants Memory when Reid is going off at the local PD.
This clip should be marked NSFW
🤣 🔥
The mosley lane episode is both love and hate bc im extremely sensitive to cases abt kids, especially when they are being abused and then killed😭
Also the one abt the two black killers who killed in order to make a point abt racism in the health system regarding arrival time of the Ambulance and such
Idk I get the message and the anger, being black myself and having lived in the US, I indirectly was also affected by this possibly in some way. I just hate that the unsubs were so randomly vicious against civilians. Like I just don‘t think anyone took their issue seriously bc of this, not even the CM team despite hearing abt it from them face to face
I'm trying to recall this episode but I can't. I will keep searching.
Moseley Lane is one I avoided for a long time, but now I do rewatch. Definitely fits the love/hate for me. So heartbreaking. 😞
If I'm correct, y'all are talking about S14E07, where the two unsubs are brothers who are trying to make a point about ambulance response times in wealthy vs poorer boroughs of NYC
That's why. I haven't seen past the end of S11
Wasn’t it DC, not NYC?
And "What I want, I'm not gonna get" 💔
The episode where Agent Seaver is introduced really doesn’t do it for me. ‘My dad was a serial killer who didn’t let me have a dog so the unsub won’t have a dog either’ tell me why that conclusion annoyed me so much. I get they were trying her on for size with the team but it just wasn’t a fit.
Weird episode for sure. They could have executed Seaver and her backstory much better.
Yea like if they’d have mentioned her father a few times to just ease us in like in one of the many prison episodes or talked about how they do outside consults I may have been a bit warmed up to it. I just think the whole thing was a bit flat and lacklustre.
Totally agree, it was very abrupt
I'm also realised the duality of the unsubs in this episode with the two seemingly random storylines in one ep .... need to unpack this further in my mind. Thoughts anyone?
I can't figure out how to edit my post but I have to correct my own ridiculous comment from the OP: I'm not sure why I said I dislike so many eps in S3 😂 I got put off by Children of the Dark (the home invaders with the dead cat ruse 😩)and then didn't have the fortitude to watch Lucky and overreacted.
This season is actually full of corkers - Seven Seconds, Elephants Memory, the one with Wills return in Florida, Tabula Rasa!, True Knight 💔💔💔
