Export stuck, 0fps

PostThu Aug 20, 2020 1:32 pm

I'm trying to export my timeline but it just stuck at one point and the remaining time is going up infinitely. Not really sure what can I do. Resolve always just stop the rendering process but the actual software itself is not crashing, just the remaining time is going up constantly (now it says 2h 50m left for a 1 minute video). More interestingly, it always stops somewhere else but seems to be mostly struggling with Fusion clips. And depends on where is this "stop" is happening, the CPU usage varies. Right now it's barely using the CPU or the GPU, in the previous try it was constantly on 100% and nearly maxed out the GPU RAM as well (not the GPU itself).
I reinstalled Resolve, installed the newest graphics driver, tried to move the project files to an SSD (and relink them), etc. What else should I do?

Two things to try.
Reduce the render speed and/or de-select the items shown in the bottom pic.
If rendering works, do go through it and check to see if there are any problem frames.

I've had this happen with a bad fusion composition. Rightclick the clip and clear the fusion composition.

Hi,

Have this been resolved your issue? I am experiencing the same issue after I install the latest 18.1 version. Tried the above methods but not working. Can you help me please?
