Self Defense plot

"Today, their city. Tomorrow... yours!"

A fascist group calling itself the "New Order" wants to impose some "new rules" when the Halifax police are on strike. They want to instill fear in all homosexuals in a bar, but in the process the owner of the bar is accidentally killed. The leader of the group then decides to kill all the witnesses. However, one visitor manages to escape and hides himself in an apartment building. However, the young tenants in the building refuse to hand over the escaped person to the group, whereupon they decide to invade the building. However, this is not so easy as the residents barricade the apartments, set traps and arm themselves to fight back.
