Si quieren ir a un lugar donde los empleados los traten mal lo recomendaría, la mesera Jessica fue grosera, nunca estuvo pendiente de nuestra mesa, teníamos que pedirles las cosas a sus compañeros y se molestaban, la única vez que le pude pedir algo a ella fue un red velvet y lo estuvimos esperando más de 30 min y nunca llegó. Le pedimos la cuenta a otro de sus compañeros nos dijo “enseguida se los traigo” y después se puso a platicar otros 10 min esperando la cuenta y jamás llegó tuvimos que pararnos y pedírselo a la encargada, es una lástima que siendo un lugar tan bonito tengan un servicio pésimo, definitivamente no regresaría nunca.

La atención de la encargada Miriam fue sobresaliente muchas gracias por la experiencia nos gustó mucho. Solo como sugerencia revisen bien su plantilla de meseros ya que hay algunas meseras que no cuentan con buena actitud y trato al cliente. Por lo demás mil gracias

Buena experiencia para fans de kitty y para los niños hay área de juegos para peques hasta 5 años debería tener alguna actividad para niños más grandes muy fotografiable el lugar si me descontaron mi reserva

No tenían en el menú todos los platillos disponibles en el momento, pero en general es una experiencia linda, muy ambientado para los amantes de Hello Kitty algo muy lindo y bien estético
