Absolute worst store to shop at. They don't honor their listed sale prices. The cashier was rude asking if want items or not. Manager used her scanner to ck and I asked if I can use it she said no wait in line. With 2 cashiers for like 15 mins wait to ck a price, even though listed. The gm was just as rude claiming she wasn't there after waiting 2 weeks to call me back. Never shop again.

I ordered some Christmas gift for my grandkids 11/26 as of today 12 /11 I still have not got them I call the 800 # for JCPenny and tell me to got the store to cancel my order because they couldn't do it OK I went to store they me the same thing they can't refund my money because the items was in route to the store it would be here in 7day I am going of town needed the item before I leave for Christmas.Then I went to to kids dept.and there were the same items I Order and I still couldn't not switch the order out they wanted me to buy another pair boots and wait till the other pair to come in to cancel.
