There may not be many cowboys in these parts, but there are plenty of decorative elements and music they’d covet at this urban steakhouse with farm to ...

We had a dinner reservation at THE RANCH on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was perfectly lit & we were seated right away. Our server was Ryan & he was amazing! They had a diverse menu with something for everyone, and he was able to...answer any questions we had as well as make some suggestions. They even had a kid's menu for our daughter which was great. We started with the carpaccio & a Caesar salad. The carpaccio had shaved truffles and the salad was perfectly dressed. My husband had the NY strip w/potatoes & I had the salmon w/farro. The steak seemed to melt in your mouth & the salmon was cooked perfectly with wonderfully crispy skin. Ryan even brought us 2 glasses of wine to the table complimentary to have with dinner. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, so they brought out a creme brulee dessert on a plate with a special birthday message for her complete with a candle. It was such a wonderful experience & we will definitely return the next time we are in Anaheim.More

Good steak house with choice of fish and chicken as alternatives, 3 steaks available, Filet, New York strip and extremely bid Ribeye (58 once) which simple is way two much for a single person and not a choice as result. Service is very good and...ambiance is pleasant. Prices are on the high side , same goes for the wine list. Overall it’s good but not better than Morton and or RCMore

Went here for my birthday, we had been here once before several years ago. We sat at the bar for a bit since we were early for our reservation. Interesting character at the stool next to me, quite drunk and told me he had never...eaten a meal there, only drinks! We were seated after one drink and had a great waitress. We ordered the grilled artichoke, which was tasty but a tad under cooked. We also shared a salad and the huge "Cowboy" cut steak, also known as a Tomahawk. It is huge and we even had some to take home. They brought out a nice dessert for my birthday. This is a nice place, expensive and I would say don't bring your kids, it's more of a special occasion/date night place. They have a western dance club nextdoor, it's in an office park, so tons of parking at night.More

I hadn't looked at the reviews before making reservations and having dinner. I'm obviously an outlier, but I didn't have anything special. Wasn't impressed with my cocktail that didn't even seem to have been completed-- simple syrup on ice? The octopus as a starter was...too heavy on the char. My prime rib was good and my partner's sea bass was also very good. The sides of spinach and potato were smothered in cheese to the point of being unpleasant. For a restaurant with such great ratings (and high prices), I would have expected something better, more imaginative, and flavorful.More

I had heard good things about The Ranch so decided to go there for my friends birthday celebration. I had made reservations and we were seated immediately. The server asked who's birthday it was and never mentioned it again. Service was very good and rolls...were to die for. The 5 onion soup as well as stuffed squash blossoms were very good. We chose to split the cowboy ribeye. We were told about the fat content and marbling, figured it would make the meat tasty. Our piece (should have returned it but figured it would get better) was filled with grizzle. Very disappointed especially with the price of it. We also got the spinach and scalloped potatoes. the portions were a little small. We also ordered the Milky Way and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. These were very good. Overall not bad but won't be returning for these prices.More

Corporate Christmas party dinner. The food was relatively decent, but it is not Maestro’s. However, upselling and pressure tactics to inflate the bill was clear specially when it is a large party. A la cart menu was presented as a set menu pushing every one...to choose several courses as if they were included. Indiscriminate water bottles, many of which remained on the table. Wine pouring into empty glasses for those who already have other drinks to deplete bottles quickly. These tactics are unethical business practice and a turn off. $300+ per person is way over priced for what you get. Will not go back or recommend.More

The best food we ate on our weekend in Texas. The steaks were cooked perfectly and generous in size. The pecan pie was a slice of heaven. Our waitress, Tessa, made the experience. She was friendly, attentive and gave excellent suggestions. Would def stop by...again if in the DFW area. 10/10More

We decided to try THE RANCH while visiting Disneyland. It is nearby, a bit far to walk, but less than a $10 Uber ride. The restaurant is an old style steak house. Reservations are a must. Excellent wine list and there is a full bar....We both had caesar salad to start, one of the better ones we've had. The bread is composed of rolls of all different types, really nice if you like bread (who doesn't?!) For dinner, the New York strip steak was excellent, very flavorful and cooked exactly as ordered. The short ribs were also excellent. Although this is mostly a steak place, there were lots of good choices like seafood and chicken (even coq a vin as a special). Service is excellent. Michelin rating is well-deserved.More

Amazing restaurant. Food and service is the best in OC. Get the cowboy ribeye or porterhouse steak. Ceviche, fried quail, and carpaccio are on point appetizers. Pecan pie and Milky way desserts are highly recommended

We were shamed for not meeting a table minimum. I come regularly with my kids and husband and always get food and a bottle of wine. I was shamed for not hitting $300. I am so disappointed in this establishment. I am handicapped and require...seating to be able to be here and am being treated like crap. The manager came to confront me twice. What a terrible experience.More

Top End on everything ranging from ambiance, service, food selection and food taste/quality. Fantastic appetizers (recommend the Ceviche Trilogy) followed by an incredible main. Our waiter for this business dinner, recommended the best cocktail in America winner of 2022, Now You See Me, which was...incredibly good. I definitely recommend and would return.More

Went to a Woodford whiskey dinner in the Saloon and it was so much fun! Great live music, line dance lessons before the band, Jeremy and the staff there were so friendly and my compliments to the Chef! The first course was Petaluma Quail and...I was very apprehensive to try it BUT glad I did. It was so good and not sure what the secret sauce is but … try it! The Woodford tasting was a special treat. Really enjoyed everything about the evening.More

First time here was a perfect experience. Scallops, beet salad, and porterhouse were all delicious. Restaurant staff is super professional from host stand, to server Jimmy, to bussers and manager Mike. Ambience is nice and the decor is so beautiful. I will definitely be back.

We have had the pleasure of experiencing the wonderfulness of The Ranch since it opened. It's always fun to watch the owner move from table to table checking to see if everything is okay. There have been many instances when our table was not graced...with a visit from the owner. Andrew Edwards stopped by our table on our first visit. We have been loyal customers since them. Tonight's experience was one of the most relaxing dining experiences since Marcy 2020. We felt safe and welcome. The food is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The restaurant has done everything to ensure that we are in a safe environment.More
