MURPHY, Ann T. (Sheehan) Of Wellesley, formerly of Weston, June 20, 2023. Born in Brockton, MA, on November 7, 1928 to John and Isabella Sheehan. She was a graduate of Brockton High School and St. Elizabeth's Nursing School in Brighton, MA. For 38 years, she was married to the late John Diehl Murphy; and is survived by daughters, Susan E. Murphy and husband, Rick Senoski of Barnstable, MA, Sarah V. Murphy and husband, James Vlachos of North Chatham, MA, and Joan E. Murphy and partner, John Ciccarelli of Duxbury, MA; and son, Peter D. Murphy and husband, Michael P. Mason of Bath, ME. Ann was predeceased by her children, Jane Bolling, John D. Murphy, Jr., and Beth A. Murphy. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, Michelle, Kate, Ann, Brian, Oliver, Charlotte, Greyson, William, and Evan; and great-grandsons, Theodore, Jasper, Owen, and Rowan. For many years, Ann was a board member before becoming President of F. Diehl & Son, Inc. in Wellesley, MA. She was also an active participant in the Jones House Clothing Exchange in Weston, Quota Club of Wellesley, Wellesley Historical Society, and Meals on Wheels. Visiting Hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St. (Rt.16). WELLESLEY, MA, on Tuesday, June 27 from 1-4 pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
