Art Feature in the Airport DetailsT3 ART PROJECT

Art project location

In conjunction with the expansion of Terminal 3 in April 2022, art is used to create spatial performances in various parts of the terminal under a "Make Terminal 3 Vivid" concept to add fresh colors and add vividness to the recollections of our customers using Narita Airport. Non-passenger visitors to the airport are also welcomed to see the art on display.

COLLABORATION

At Narita Airport, we are working to solve community issues through collaboration with various stakeholders toward the realization of a sustainable society. In this project, knit artist Chihiro Hasunuma was appointed to create new value by using environmentally friendly materials and reusing airport equipment that is no longer in use.

We are also collaborating with Heralbony Co., Ltd. with the aim of realizing a society of equal opportunity and motivation through the use of artwork that enables reinvestment in artists with disabilities and welfare facilities.
