The Mandalorian season 2, episode 3 reveals the location of Ahsoka Tano, and the former Jedi can be found on a brand new Star Wars planet. One of the biggest rumors heading into The Mandalorian season 2 has been the possibility of Rosario Dawson playing Ahsoka in her live-action debut. Fans theorized how and where she could appear, but that became clearer once Din Djarin's (Pedro Pascal) mission to find other Mandalorians who can lead him to the Jedi was revealed.

The first two episodes of The Mandalorian season 2 didn't see Din cross paths with any fellow Mandalorians, but that changed with episode 3. Once he safely transported Frog Lady to Trask, her husband set Din on a journey to find another Mandalorian. This is how he came to meet Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff), the previous leader of Mandalore. Bo-Katan agreed to tell Din the location of a Jedi if he helped her on a mission to overtake an Imperial vessel. Although it proved to be more than Din signed up for, they were successful, and Bo-Katan told Din where to find Ahsoka Tano.

Thanks to Bo-Katan, The Mandalorian season 2, episode 3 revealed what planet Din and The Child a.k.a. Baby Yoda will visit to continue their journey. Ahsoka and Bo-Katan had many adventures together throughout Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels, but now we know that they've kept in contact enough to know where the other is located. Bo-Katan revealed that Ahsoka Tano could be found in the city of Calodan on the forest moon of Corvus. She specifically tells Din to tell Ahsoka that she sent him, presumably to signal to the former Jedi that he can be trusted.

While The Mandalorian has visited familiar planets from Star Wars lore before, Corvus is the latest new addition to the canon. The forest moon has not been featured before, but the broad description is just like the forest moon of Endor. However, the name Corvus is associated with other aspects of the galaxy far, far away. Corvus was the name of Inferno Squad's Imperial vessel commanded by Iden Versio. This could be just a coincidence, though, as there is no indication the Imperial Raider II-class corvette is named after a planet.

Ahsoka Tano deciding to settle down on Corvus is enlightening. It confirms that she returned from her mission to the Unknown Regions with Sabine Wren to find Ezra Bridger, but whether or not the mission was a success remains to be seen. Beyond that mission's outcome, it will be fascinating to learn why Corvus is the planet that Ahsoka went to. There's the potential that it could be a planet that is strong with the Force, so Corvus could help Ahsoka increase her connection to it or be the perfect place to form a new Jedi Order. Perhaps she even helped liberate the planet from remnants of the Empire. Based on the set up for Ahsoka's live-action debut in The Mandalorian season 2, episode 3, answers could start arriving as early as next week.
