Bob Jones High School Reviews
Rating 4.36 out of 5 495 reviews
Bob Jones is a great school and everyone is motivated by themselves and the staff to do their best and be college-ready. There have been some concerns with safety concerns and events being reported, but the admin team works well together to communicate with students.
My experience at this high school had some ups and downs. I do wish the administration would take into consideration the complaints that students and faculty members have when it comes to problematic students and reinforce anti-bullying rules. I also hope they can put a little more effort into non-athletic clubs and organizations and help meet their needs instead of having most of them having to ask for funds or self-funding. Additionally, I wish they could reimplement the safe space signs. A lot of our peers have expressed feeling threatened when this was taken away, and some have been threatened by other students after one complaint from a parent. The school's college and career readiness is extremely helpful, though. Overall, I hope this high school's environment will improve in later years.
Bob Jones High School is very safe compared to other schools I have attended in the past; The students are friendly and there is a lot less fighting than my other schools. Especially during this year, I have noticed the student government body and the staff trying to make school as enjoyable for the students as possible via school events, fun spirit weeks, etc. Most of the teachers care about their students and how they perform and try to get them the best learning experience possible. Although a change I would like to see in my school is the cleanliness of the lunchroom.
