Frequently asked questions
My tracking number doesn't seem to be working, or is "stuck" in pre-transit, why is this so?
All of our stickers come from in-house and use Etsy tracking/shipping labels. Unfortunately, this tracking is very limited and sometimes the post office forgets to scan them in. If a package isn't scanned in then the tracking number will not work. Never fear though, your package is still on its way! This is the best option that will allow us to offer free shipping on our smaller items. All of our other items shouldn't have a problem with their tracking. If you have any questions about your specific order please feel free to reach out and we will help in whatever way we can!
Does my order come with tracking?
All our clothing, mugs, totes & phone cases come with a tracking number for both US customers as well as international customers
For our stickers - they come with limited tracking through Etsy for our US customers, but unfortunately, sometimes the postal service forgets to scan them so they are not always the most reliable in telling when a package will be delivered. Even if your package was not scanned, don't worry, it is still on its way!
For our international customers- Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping with tracking, we are not able to offer that.
Unfortunately, this is the only way to keep the cost down enough to be able to offer free shipping/low-cost shipping to everyone purchasing stickers or tokens
