Find an item in-store

1. Open app in-store

Tap "Find an item."

2. Search for the item

Tap the item's aisle number to open store map.

3. View store map

The item's aisle number & location will be clearly displayed.

Why is the aisle location not visible in the app?

You need to be in a store to see an item’s aisle location.

You must enable location sharing with the app to let the app know you’re in-store.

Location Sharing Troubleshooting Guide

iOS users

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services

2. Make sure that “Location Services” is on

3. Scroll down to find the Walmart app

4. Tap the app & select one of the options below:

“While using the app”: Allows access to Location Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on-screen.

“Always”: Allows access to your location.

Android users

If you want to make sure a specific app has enabled Location Services, tap ”App Location Permissions” & find the app in the list.

Tap the app & choose “Allow only while using the app” or ”Ask every time.” In general, “Allow only while using the app” is the more convenient & more common choice.
