Dietrich Kluge is the supreme leader of the Illuminati and has a major rivalry with Rand Ridley.

Not much is known about Dietrich’s early life, but according to Rand he is over one thousand years old. Because of this he was probably born in the 12th century (1100’s). At an unknown point in time, he assumed control of the Illuminati and led it according to the Shadow Board’s will.
