There are plenty of choices for pizza and the toppings are fresh. You are always in & out fast, & pizza is always good & hot! Have gone to lots of pizza places in 3 counties and this one is just as good if not the best Iv'e tasted.

Barely Passable

Greasy, Doughy, just barely passable. In a bind, kids want pizza, it’s at the corner of our street, yikes! Kids don’t care, they’ll eat anything, it’s my cheat day, I’d rather eat Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips. There is too much competition in the Pizza arena around here. I’ll give it a desperation rating of 5 out of ten.

Amazing pizza every time!

We order from Green Lantern a couple times a month and it’s always amazing. Best bread hands down and the pizza is soo good! Delivery is always earlier than the time they estimate and all workers are very friendly. Highly recommend!

These guys know pizza!

Tasty pies are a given. But the staff goes above and beyond. The main cook took the time to explain the taste differences between round and square deep dish. This location has one awards for thick crust round pizza. I like the square Detroit style piZa better. Both are great.

Hair found in Pizza

Picked up two pizzas, pizza bread and salad Saturday night (2/9). Everything was good except one of the pizzas had a black curly hair on it. I called and spoke to the manager, Alex. Alex apologized and had another pizza made for me and then delivered. Besides the inconvenience of some of my family having to wait 30 minutes for their pizza while the rest of us ate the other pizza, Alex was reluctant to investigate further. The hair appeared to be a pubic hair and was baked into the cheese. Alex suggested he did not want to blame any employee for purposely planting the hair, yet without even privately asking his employees if they noticed anything happen out of the ordinary, he is managing with his eyes closed. And with media accounts of fast food workers intentionally contaminating food with bodily fluids and the such, I will stick with getting my pizzas from Jet's where I have been going for 18 years without incidence. The owner responded to the review a couple days later to offer an apology that was qualified with several caveats. First, the owner guaranteed that an intentional act would never occur in his store. Yet he also said that he reviewed camera footage of his employees. These statements do not seem congruent. If I trusted my employees, I would not need cameras watching over them. Second, the owner mentioned that the pizzas go through a 500 degree oven and the chance of anything surviving would be remote. This does not reassure me and I would prefer to consume pizzas without hairs (pubic or not). Third, the owner wrote that it was a newer shift manager. I would assume that this shift manager was hired by the owner and should have been sufficiently trained by the owner. I would further assume that weekends are the busiest times and therefore, the manager should be knowledgeable when he is in charge of the store. Forth, the owner mentioned that a mushroom fiber appears to look like a hair. I have been enjoying pizzas containing mushrooms for over 50 years and certainly know the difference between a mushroom fiber and a hair. This was a hair! And finally, the owner relayed that the driver did not bring back the pizza containing the hair to the store like he was supposed to do. Well, I too have security cameras and have documented proof on tape showing the driver looking at the pizza containing the hair and then taking this pizza back to his vehicle. I wonder if there is video footage of this same driver returning to the store empty handed?

I was disappointed in the pizza we got from Green Lantern the last few times. I continue to try them, because I have gotten pizza from the Warren location for years when we lived in the city.

Great pizza n salad

We usually get for our family pizza and salad. Always good, they open the box before we take it up make sure it’s good. Great to have on our area. Love the eat in in Madison Heights!

Always loved this place

My family and I have always loved the food here. Now, with the remodel it's super cool inside (patio is nice too). Place is always busy but the staff hustles to keep things moving.

Best Pizza

Had a surprize birthday party and asked to have the 2 party pizza's & party size salad to be delivered at 8:30, not only was the pizza delivered right at 8:30 but the pizza's were piping hot and extremely delicious. The salad was enormous with meat and cheese all the way through. Very happy with everything!! Big THANK YOU to Urie and ALL the staff!!!

We grew up with the original green lanterns at 12 mile so when we moved we were thrilled to see one close by. We weren't disappointed as food was same service was promt and price was ok .

Excellent Pizza - Lots of Mushrooms

I wanted something other than the standard pizza. The pizza I received had lots of cheese, sauce and mushrooms. Now that is a pizza!

Amazing

Ran in for a few slices....was not disappointed. The slices of pizza with pepperoni were large, warm, with a delicious sauce & great tasting cheese. Tasted just like the restaurant in Madison Heights. Will be ordering our next delivery from them. Place was clean & good customer service.
