I saw speculation earlier, so I would like to confirm that as of now I am still contracted to Brazzers and will be contracted until like, October I think. Unless things go wrong. However, that doesn’t mean I’ll only be on Brazzers. They have many sister sites that I shoot for as well.

Anal and DP has been a common topic for a while now, I would like to reiterate that I am taking that lane slow as I was anally assaulted at 15 and still struggle mentally when doing anal shoots. Also partly why my anal scenes are on the “tamer” side. I am considering shooting an anal scene this year but DP is still very far down the road.

Like I said, this year has been tough. I’m very sorry for my inactivity - I love interacting with fans but sometimes it’s very draining. My dad died last summer (brain tumor came back after years of being in the clear), which has caused new trauma and old ones to resurface. Understandably, I have been taking life kinda slow and stepping back from socials. However, I’m trying to get back into it now!

Recently I’ve been looking into my mental health and have found that I match many conditions for ADHD or maybe the autism spectrum. If anyone has thoughts/recommendations on how to proceed, I’d appreciate it! I have no idea how to go about an assessment. Or if any of you use online therapy, please let me know! I’ve been looking for a teletherapist since I moved states.

I know this is a “controversial” topic, but I do identify as nonbinary and use “they/them” pronouns. I prefer them but also understand that I present female for work purposes so I’m not upset when “she/her” is used but I do appreciate when my preferred pronouns are taken into consideration.

I’m sorry to hear about your traumatic history surrounding anal. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. My partner is going through the diagnosis process right now, and her being a Chinese-American woman, from the drivers seat I’m seeing a lot of the barriers to accessing the care I’ve received from our broken and dysfunctional mental healthcare system. That said, I strongly recommend perusing a formal dx and starting a medication regimen. Taking stimulants has allowed me to slow down my thoughts enough to put them in order and build some semblance of stability in my life. I don’t feel the extremes of depression and anxiety anymore that we’re just symptoms of existing in a world my brain isn’t built for. I’ve seen the same thing happen to other friends too. If that’s something you feel you need, it’d make me really happy to see you find that. As for how to go about it - start by your doctor for a referral to a psychologist who specializes in ADHD neurological evaluations, make sure they have experience working with people other than white adolescent boys. Happy to brainstorm w you if needed too, my DMs are open. In the meantime, How To ADHD on YouTube has been a really valuable self-help resource, please do check it out.
Being non-binary but still needing to navigate spaces, professionally or otherwise, is super challenging. Been there, done that. Can you get Brazzers et. al. to use your proper pronouns in titles / descriptions / scripts? You’re one of the most popular stars in the industry and surely have enough clout and bargaining power to demand that. In addition to it being empowering for you, seeing a little more enby representation in the adult industry would be SO meaningful and help shatter barriers in wider acceptance and recognition of our identities.
My condolences about your dad. It’s good to set boundaries and practice self care. Please talk to someone if you’re still struggling. Group therapy can really help. We aren’t meant to process our grief alone.

If you are living in California I would recommend Kaiser for mental health treatment. They will assign a psychologist for therapy and a psychiatrist for medications, if necessary. They really helped me a lot and it’s super efficient and convenient.
Hope you’ve found some support with your adhd diagnosis. I was diagnosed this year and it made so many things in my life make sense. Getting on the right medication was a life saver. Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

As far as your mental health concern, adults are not typically diagnosed with ADHD, more commonly your symptoms may/could be consistent with bipolar disorder. But you definitely would want to be assessed.Mania is a criteria of bipolar disorder, and appears very behavioral (impulsivity), but with mood dysregulation (mood swings). Not saying ADHD as an adult is unheard of, I am just not so sure it’s a common diagnosis..

I hope you have been able to make some progress in your personal life since your original post. The trauma of losing a loved one, addressing sexual assault, and learning more about how you tick (ADHD, etc) is a lot to take on for anyone. Balancing that with a relationship, schooling and a demanding career would have anyone feeling stress.
For what its worth, I hope that you continue to perform in quality productions as long as you find it meaningful to you. When that stops, regardless of the career, it becomes very difficult to be your best.
My partner is Chinese (born in HK), and grew up in western culture. She is proud of her heritage but struggles sometimes with living in both cultures. She has an amazing ability to flip between the two, but it is often conflicting. My heart goes out to you in hopes that you find peace in your search for that identity. Its a lot of soul searching.
