Todd was born on July 21, 1973 to Ellen and Lowell Fisher in Ann Arbor, MI. His father was a professor of anatomy at the University of Michigan and his mother taught GED. Todd was active in Boy Scouts, obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout. He lettered in water polo and …
