Late-comers policy:
Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.
Children and Babes-in-arms Policy:
Infants under the age of two are permitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. Please click here for futher details on our Children at the Theatres policies.
Concession Ticket Prices:
Single ticket concession prices are only available to current holders of an Australian pension and Australian full-time students.
You will need to be able to present proof of your eligibility for the concession prior to admission to the Event.

Hearing Assistance:
The Princess Theatre provides personal induction neck loops free of charge from the cloakroom, located to the left of Door 1 in the Stalls foyer. Patrons with hearing aids can utilise them by switching the “T” Switch, or Telecoil position. We can also provide headsets upon request.
Our Assistive Listening Devices are compatible with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack if patrons wish to bring their own headsets.
We aim to do our best and ensure patrons using Assistive Listening Devices can experience the show fully. If there are any issues with a device, please see a Front of House staff member for assistance.
Casting notice:
Please note that Sarah Brightman will not be appearing at Tuesday evening or Wednesday matinee performances (excluding Tues 21 May).
The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.
Recordings and Photography:
Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Warnings:
Sunset Boulevard contains strobe lighting, smoke effects, gun shots and thematic material that may not be suitable for minors.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket exchanges MAY be available for this event. Requests can be submitted via HERE or phone 1300 11 10 11, option 3, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please note:
- All requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of the ticketed performance.
- Only 1 exchange per event will be allowed.
- A per ticket exchange fee of $8.40 applies up to a maximum of $25.20 per exchange transaction.
- All requests are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased.
- If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be required to pay the full price of your new tickets, plus the applicable exchange fees and then a credit will be applied on your original date tickets.
- No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above or after a performance date unless required by applicable law.
- Exchanges may also be available if the performance is postponed or rescheduled.
We can only assist customers who purchased their tickets via Ticketek, the authorised ticket seller for all Marriner Group venues (Regent Theatre, Comedy Theatre, Princess Theatre and Forum Melbourne) or through approved partners.
