DO NOT EVER FLY ON SPIRIT AIRLINES. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! I traveled to Las Vegas from New Jersey on a pleasure trip. I flew there on United Airlines. That was fine and uneventful. However, I couldn't get a return flight, so I chose Spirit Airlines as my return flight. I had a carry on luggage which they charged me $79 to board the plane. ( A carry-on!!!) When I complained, they told me that had I checked in online it would have been $59. Once aboard, and they began in flight service, I only asked for a cup with ice and water. They gave me the cup with ice then informed me that I had to pay $5 for water. Disgraceful!!!…
