This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Excellent service from Rocco made for a delightful evening. Food was good and well priced. We were in a back room, not the main dining room so the ambience and decor was not as nice as the main dining room, but it was a bit quieter.

Had heard great things from several friends and family and excited to finally the restaurant. It’s a beautiful space overlooking the strip and has great servers. The highlight was their cocktails - specifically the Italian Interlude. Food items though were okay, including some of their signature items like the lemon pasta.

I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. It came out cold and wasn’t flavored very well. It’s shocking that a place that is so expensive would serve such mediocre food.

From start to finish an awesome experience. We were greeted kindly by the nice hostess and seated at a great table. Gavin came over (trinity knot tie - very styling!) and got us going with an enthusiastic welcome and took our initial drink orders. He was very personable and professional throughout our stay. Rachel was our main server. She was kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Rachel and Gavin combined to make a wonderful experience. We were at the start of our 40th anniversary celebration weekend & chose to start with Giada's. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. Rachel & Gavin were so attentive, kind, and friendly. We had an awesome time due to the service (kudos to both!), and we enjoyed yummy food too. The Orso meatballs to start were tender, juicy, and well seasoned with a delicious sauce. Hubs had the cannelloni with short ribs - delectable. I had the muffuletta salad after Rachel confirmed the dressing was available. If it's not freshly made, they don't offer that salad. The salad was fresh, spicy, and delicious. We were going to skip dessert but after hearing the descriptions of the flavors, we knew we had to try the sorbet. We had the apricot/blackberry sorbet and the strawberry/limoncello sorbet. We were encouraged to put a float of the sorbets in our dessert prosecco. Both were good. Lots more reaction to the apricot/blackberry sorbet. 😋 Overall an outstanding brunch anniversary celebration. Thank you to all who made us feel so special!

We have the bacon wrapped dates and the specialty lemon shrimp spaghetti. We thought both were just ok in flavor. The dates are stuffed with sausage and we felt the sausage was tough. The lemon shrimp spaghetti was low on flavor.
