Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- beth wKennebunkport, ME43 contributionsWe had a wonderful experience at Grahams. Lunch with wine pairings and a roasted pineapple dessert with a 20 year Port. Spectacular. Quiteria and her colleague Monica took care of us with service that was welcoming , knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend GrahamsWritten 4 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Traveller021985Tipton, UK285 contributionsReally enjoyed our Port house tour and tasting. Our guide Carole was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing Port to take home.
The Port was delicious, I wasn’t a huge fan of port prior to my trip to Porto, however I am now converted after trying some amazing Port on offer here.
Love that it is a family run business unlike some of the larger companies offering tours in the area. Much prefer to spend money with a family business.Written 30 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. All the barrels and exhibits were exactly as one would hope for.
The tasting in the Rose Garden on a perfect summers day could not have been better. The extra nibbles of cheese, olives, meats, biscuits and bread were of the highest quality. So much so we order more cheese and biscuits.Written 3 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
