入職條件:	(a)為香港會計師公會會計師，或具同等資格； (b)在取得相關資格後，具備最少一年關於會計/審計的工作經驗及督導經驗； (c)具備至少十年關於會計/審計的工作經驗； (d)具備良好英文及中文書寫及會話能力，並取得香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科第2級或以上的成績或同等學歷[註]； (e)熟悉電腦操作，特別是MS Word和Excel軟件的應用；以及 (f)熟悉政府會計實務和控制程序及具備相關工作經驗者會獲優先考慮。 [註：政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，2007年前香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)「E級」的成績，在行政上會獲接納為等同2007年及之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科「第2級」的成績。]
職責:	(a)協助處理所有有關海洋公園公司（公園）發展及營運的會計及財務事宜，包括審視和監察公園的財務表現和經審計帳目、審核和評估政府向公園提供的撥款、以及審視和評估與公園落實未來策略相關的財務事宜等； (b)協助審核和監察旅遊業監管局（旅監局）的財務狀況，處理旅監局的注資要求及相關事宜； (c)協助處理在不同資助計劃或安排下（例如香港旅遊發展局（旅發局）的本地特色旅遊活動先導計劃）為各項活動提供資助的相關會計及財務事宜； (d)協助審閱旅發局經審計的財務報表，並就旅發局和旅遊項目的會計及財務事宜提供意見；及 (e)執行由上級指派的任何其他職務。 註： (i)遇有職務需要，受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。 (ii)入選的申請人或須參加筆試及/或面試。
聘用條款:	獲取錄的申請人會按非公務員合約條款聘用，為期兩年。
福利:	受聘人如能圓滿履行合約，而期間工作表現及行為一直良好，可在合約期結束後獲發酬金。如獲發酬金，酬金數額連同政府按照《強制性公積金計劃條例》(第485章)的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的任何供款，會相等於受聘人在合約期內所得底薪總額的15%。受聘人在符合《僱傭條例》規定的適當情況下，可享有休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、12日年假、病假等。

Entry Requirements:	(a)Be a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent; (b)Have at least one year’s post-qualification experience in accounting/auditing and have supervisory experience; (c)Have at least 10 years’ experience in accounting/auditing; (d)Possess good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with Level 2 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent[Note]; (e)Be proficient in PC operations, especially in using MS Word and Excel; and (f)preference will be given to candidates who have good knowledge and experience in government accounting practices and control procedures. [Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
Duties:	(a)To assist in handling all accounting and financial matters pertaining to the development and operation of the Ocean Park Corporation (OPC), including review and monitoring of its financial performance and audited accounts, scrutiny and assessment of the Government’s funding provided to OPC, review and assessment of financial matters relating to its implementation of the future strategy for Ocean Park, etc.; (b)To assist in reviewing and monitoring the financial situation of the Travel Industry Authority (TIA), and handling TIA’s funding injection request and related issues; (c)To assist in handling the accounting and financial matters pertinent to the funding support provided to various events via different funding schemes or arrangements, e.g. the Pilot Scheme for Characteristic Tourism Events under the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB); (d)To assist in reviewing HKTB’s audited financial statements and providing advice on accounting and financial matters in relation to HKTB and tourism projects; (e)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers. Note: (i)Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. (ii) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend written examination and/or interview.
Terms of Appointment:	Successful candidate will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for two years.
Fringe Benefits	A gratuity may be granted at the end of contract period if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Ordinance (Cap 485), will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary received during the contract period. Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), 12 days of annual leave, sick leave, etc, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance.
