Amazing place, well worth a full day ticket/trip. We spent 4 hours which could _all_ have been used in either one of the sauna or the slides. I wouldn't bother with the Thermae if I went again, but the other bits were by far the best of either kind that I have seen. Even the food was better quality than I'd expect, and lovingly prepared to order.

We got in and left again after 30 min. Never seen so many people so close to each other in a bathing facility: 15 min wait for changing rooms, long queues in from of the showers ...
What a waste of time, money and energy.
Advice: never visit on a weekend!

We've been here many many times in the past several years. We've tried other indoor/thermal pools but Palm Beach is hands down the best value in the area. For less than 18 Euro for an adult you can stay here all day into the night. Food is good and reasonably priced.

There are many thermal mineral pools in different sections, including one section that is only for ages 16 and up (this was a recent but very smart change). Another section includes more indoor and outdoor pools, a wave pool, kiddie pool, and several brand new water slides. Bringing kids here is a great time, and couples can enjoy either the adults only pool section or the optional sauna section. There is also a diving board and lap pool.

My only suggestion is to try to come here on a weekday instead of a weekend or German holiday. Monday through Thursday is the way to go. You'll always find a place to lay down and parking is easier to find then.

I consider Palm Beach to be a better value and more enjoyable than any similar place I've been to in Germany, including Tropical Islands. Don't waste your time driving up there for that ripoff when you can spend half right outside of Nuremberg.

First of all, we visited this place during a weed day, this was a good choice as it wasn't so crowded. But as tourists, we didn't enjoy it at all. Staff doesn't speak English, we had trouble from beginning when buying tickets (we had to show what we want written on a paper as the lady couldn't speak with us). As the staff doesn't speak English we couldn't get any other information (such as the sauna area is mandatory nude area, so we paid money for it, but couldn't use it). At the restaurant the menu is only in German, another issue if you are a tourist as you will remain hungry if you don't know German. The place itself it's amazing and for sure would have much more visits, but it seems that it was made only for locals. There are many pools, jacuzzi and lots of slides to enjoy. Almost the entire place is inside, there are some pools with hot water outside which you can enjoy also in winter. I would visit this place again only if they would make it more tourist friendly.

I with my cousin arrived in the midday, we paid for 2 hours, which was enough for us, but if you have children 2 hours is very little. The place is satisfying big, with restaurants, which we didnt tried and variable slides, my favourite was the last on the top! I Loved most the outside pools. It was 0C° temperature in the air and the water was warm so there were water vapor over the pool, in addition there were water pumps on which you could just relax.
You can easy see clocks on the walls so you can manage your time, if you didn't paid for all day!
The showers was ok, we were lucky it wasn't very crowded, also there were dryers, of course!
At the and you can buy an ice cream from the machines. Very enjoyable!!

A great place, really big with tons of things to do. Lots of thermal indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools. Great slides area. Huge sauna area, including the biggest sauna in the world. it's a must see if you are in the area. The food from the restaurant inside was horrible but you cand bring your own food and beverages.

We got the 4hr pass and should have gotten the day pass. We rushed through the slides didn't really get to go outside or enjoy the wave pool or kiddie area. We can't wait to go back!

13 slides totalling 1.6km! Pools everywhere you look and to top it off a sauna complex with 20+ different sauna setups. It's slightly expensive to get in but expect to spend the day there. The sauna complex is compulsory nude so warm yourself up to the idea if this is new to you. Great children's pool area with slides and toys.
