Amazing place, well worth a full day ticket/trip. We spent 4 hours which could _all_ have been used in either one of the sauna or the slides. I wouldn't bother with the Thermae if I went again, but the other bits were by far the best of either kind that I have seen. Even the food was better quality than I'd expect, and lovingly prepared to order.

This is a water paradise in various attractions: fun pool; slides; lengths pool (with diving boards); saunas; steam room and thermal baths. The variety of slides should satisfy most thrill seekers, although they could do with a 'difficulty' rating for the less confident! The warm pool area has a wave machine twice an hour. The thermal pools are varied, warm and relaxing with lots of reclining chairs. The attractive outside sauna area is built like a mini alpine village with different huts containing numerous saunas, pools, rest areas, etc. (including a very relaxing 'Gondel' with water beds!). As is normal in Germany, the sauna area is swimsuit-free. Kristall Palm Beach can be reached in about half an hour with the U2 train and No.64 bus. The entrance fee is quite expensive, but worth it for the experience.
