Got rescheduled on a Thai Air flight after my EVA flight was cancelled because of a strike. I usually travel premium economy so this comparison isn't really fare but does reflect my experience.

I found the seats a nightmare. Uncomfortable and not enough leg room. Would hate a night flight. Food was just ok but not as good or as varied as I'm used to. Too many children (no offence intended) - kicking back of seat, running in aisles, crying, etc. Large selection of films but quality not great. Cabin crew did a good job.

Overall this confirmed to me that paying extra for premium economy seats is worth it for me. It's a shame Thai Air don't have this category. I would consider them but as it is I'll go back to EVA.

This is the first time I've flown with Thai Airways and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. The cabin staff are attentive and give service with a smile. The in-flight entertainment is more than sufficient for a 12 hour flight. We have a 4 year year old and the staff on all four flights made sure we had a meal for him before they served the rest of the passengers. I have seen some negative reviews on this site and I honestly can't believe they used the same airline.

I always travel with Thai Airways. Never experienced cancellations or delays caused by the airline. The inflight benefits are great

Delhi Bangkok sector was just Ok, Very Long walking at Bangkok airport for change of flight. Japanese Pizza served against Hindu meals, when asked cabin crew confronts that this is Hindu meal. No courtesy shown by cabin crew.Planes not well kept.

no seating space and this airline have just changed the policy so you can only check in 20kg and not 30kg like all other airlines so I would advise you to fly with a different company that is not trying to rip you off.
