Food was very well presented and staff worked hard to do their best to create an enjoyable experience for customers. We were celebrating a special birthday and staff presented my mother with a birthday treat and candle which was totally unexpected and appreciated. We also visit the Ivy in Edinburgh so were pleased that the Ivy in Windsor very much mirrored other positive experiences we have always had at "The Ivy" restaurant in Scotland also.

Service was prompt, ambience restful, food was well presented and delicious. Waiting staff attentive but not obtrusive. Value was excellent. Definitely our favourite restaurant. Highly recommended

The service was excellent and the view of the Castle made it special. However the food was well below par. It looked like the plates had been sitting in the kitchen already prepared some time earlier. It just didn't seem fresh. A disappointing meal for a special occasion.

My husband & I come to England every year to visit his family & explore. We stumbled across The Ivy last year and decided to repeat the experience again this visit. The atmosphere is stunning! The beautiful wallpaper and decor blew me away! Not your average pub, for sure. The food & service were equally good. My sister-in-law, who us gluten-intolerant, was thrilled with the cottage pie!! See you again next year with another superb meal at The Ivy!

Had a lovely evening just a bit too on top of the table next to us. But you can pretend they are not there. Our waitress was lovely and funny. Had a great experience as usual. Food fabulous.
