Before joining Critical Content, Jenny Daly was the founder and president of T Group, which produced shows Mystery Diners (over 100 episodes on Food Network), Storage Hunters (truTV), A Wicked Offer (CW), Hollywood and Football (E!), Very Cavallari (E!), Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour (A&E), Racing Wives (CMT), Disney’s Fairytale Weddings (Freeform), Return of the Mac (Pop), 24 to Life(LMN), and Elevator Pitch (Entrepreneur Network)
Before launching T Group, Daly served as executive producer on Fashionista Diaries (SoapNet), Night Club Confessions (Fox Reality), and Pageant Mom’s Unleashed (E!). Daly also served as Vice President of Development at E! Entertainment where she was responsible for developing The Simple Life, #1 Single, Love is in the Heir, Fight For Fame, Last Bride Standing, and Starveillance.
Yates formerly served as CEO of Zodiak Los Angeles, a division of global media group Zodiak Media, where he oversaw all aspects of production, international distribution, business affairs and creative development. Prior to Zodiak, Yates was the COO of RDF USA, where he served as Executive Producer of international formats like “Wife Swap”, “Don’t Forget The Lyrics” and “Secret Millionaire.”
As an independent producer under his banner Gatekeeper Productions, Yates produced a wide range of formats, from HBO’s Emmy-nominated “Project Greenlight” to the award-winning e-sports series, “ELEAGUE: The Challenger” on Turner Sports. Yates started his career in Domestic Syndication at Paramount Pictures.
Before joining Critical Content, Rob had been EVP of Development and Current at T Group Productions, President and Co-Founder of SokoLobl Entertainment, and an independent creator/showrunner. Prior to working in television, Rob started his career in the movie business working for various studios and filmmakers in development.
Prior to joining Critical Content, Jonathan worked as a staff Executive Producer for Relativity Television beginning with the division’s launch in 2008. Earlier in his career, Jonathan was a producer on a number of unscripted series, most notably the ABC hit Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and the groundbreaking social experiment Kid Nation on CBS.
Shawna Bonner is the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs and is responsible for all corporate, development, and production business and legal affairs for the company and its slate of programming.
Shawna began her career at William Morris Endeavor in the corporate and motion picture departments following graduation from Whittier Law School. Prior to joining Critical Content, she worked in-house as the Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Irwin Entertainment.
Scott spent many years at Dick Clark Productions, supervising the post-production for several Golden Globe Awards, American Music Awards, MTV Awards, and American Bandstand’s 40th Anniversary. Later in his career, Schwartz co-produced Nickelodeon’s The Secret World of Alex Mack for the Tom Lynch Company. Other notable credits include Season 1 of American Idol for Fremantle, Big Brother, and Paradise Hotel.
