    Thanks for reaching out.  Wordfence only sends out Verification Required emails if a user fails the reCAPTCHA check during login or registration.  These emails include a link to verify the user to ensure a human made the request and don’t include any login details.  Once the Verify link in the email is followed, the user should be able to log in or register using the details they’d provided initially.

    We don’t receive inside information from Google about why a human may sometimes receive a low enough score to always require verification.  You can adjust the reCAPTCHA human/bot threshold score in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings.  You can use the score history chart described below to see the typical scores for your site. If valid users are often blocked by the CAPTCHA, you can set the score lower, to 0.4 or 0.3 if necessary.
