The Inertia

Of today’s surf filmmakers, Newport Beach, California-based Jack Coleman may have one of the best noses for those surfers with some of the most unique approaches to wave riding in the game. Think Ryan Burch, Bryce Young, Robin Kegel, Derrick Disney, and Dave Rastovich, to name a few.

Back in 2016, Coleman launched his fully-independent flick, The Zone, that featured a throwback, groovy aesthetic and the surf stylings of the talents above plus many more. It was extremely well-received, to say the least.

Three years later, Coleman is locked away in the editing bay putting the finishing touches on his long-awaited follow-up flick titled Zone Frequency.

If the trailer is anything to go by, it’s gonna be good! We can hardly wait.
