We stay in the loop to the left after the ranger station, tucked into the hillside. Nice quiet park. Close to all the crabbing and claming you would ever want to do! We camped at Dosewallips State Park in a Travel Trailer.

“No wifi, no cell service, no law enforcement presence, no privacy”
Nightly Rate: $58 USD
No privacy. Campers are 15-20 feet apart. Just a grass and gravel parking lot. No police presence, no enforcement rangers. No patrols. Illegal fires and no tickets or arrests. Very unsafe. No We camped at Dosewallips State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Dosewallips State Park

- Cherim22 North along the coast, Port Angeles is about an hour away and Sequim is in between with a lot of retail available. There is a beach associated with the Park. It's very rocky and people like to do clamming. It's a fair distance away from the campground. The Dosewallips river runs adjacent to the park. There is a fairly nice river beach area on one side of the park under the 101 overpass.11 months ago Dosewallips State Park

“A nice place to stay along Hood Canal”

My stop here was brief, but here are some impressions. This is a nice park, with the sites arranged in circles spread out across a grassy area. The sites in loop D, 81 & up, are in a different area We camped at Dosewallips State Park in a Travel Trailer.

“Great park, shade and sun”

This was our first time to Dosewallips on the Hood Canal and we didnt know quite what to expect. The state park is split up into two sections with some full hook up sites, others with water & power. We camped at Dosewallips State Park in a Travel Trailer.

#D-83: we went for July 4-6. No fireworks were allowed inside the park, but very close by people were doing M 80s off and on all day and occasionally up until about 11 PM. The section of Highway 101 We camped at Dosewallips State Park in a Travel Trailer.
