Actually the food (seafood) served is delicious and fresh, the room is also comfortable and cool. However, there is one thing that makes the rating bad, namely the service, especially the reservation section (mainly Ms. who manages the reservation table). Chronology: we made a reservation for 18 pax for H+3, when on the D day tables and chairs were prepared which were suitable for 12 pax. We complained at that time, because we had booked in advance, we asked for a table next to it which we thought was the correct one for 18 pax, but the lady with an unsmiling face just said keep this table and add chairs later and the table we asked for was already reserved . Is it true that D-3 on the reservation is scheduled the same and the reservation slot continues to be accommodated?? As a result, what should have been a good meal turned into a bad mood because of Miss's less than friendly service. Luckily the other services are okay. Hopefully management can re-evaluate.
