Had a great day out. The bird show is worth the attending alone. very busy when we went, excellent parking. Better signage would have helped and more bathroom facilities. Overall, a great day and well worth it.

In general I don't like zoos, I find them usually sad. This zoo is the opposite, it is incredibly well kept, the animals are taken care off in the absolute best way and they are part pf all kind of programs to reintegrate the animals in nature. They try by all means to repair what we all destroy. Staff attentive and friendly, answering all questions. We decided at hoc to take an annual pass and enjoy for a year coming back several times. Even so we have to drive 6 hours, but it's worth it. The bird show is a must. Food is very good in the parc, could be a little lesser driven by sugar and more fresh fruit would be pleasant.

We had a good experience with the combined hotel stay (Jardins de Beauval) and Zoo visit. Both grounds are very well designed and very well maintained. The zoo is easy to get lost in but in a good way (the main path could still be highlighted more). As often in those places, the main issue is with the good which is average though the diversity is great. As to the hotel room, comfortable with one exception: the WC could benefit from a few more centimeters to feel less claustrophobic :)

Went here yesterday. Dont listen ti negative reviews. I have been lucky and been to zoos all over the world from London to Singapore. This was easily the best zoo we have ever been too. Best time to go is a weekday, wasnt to crowded. Spent over 6 hours and still didnt see everything. The enclosures for the animals is amazing. The best i have seen, so much space. Book online for cheaper prices and parking is free. Will def be coming back again.

Without a doubt the most beautiful zoo I have ever been to. Very difficult to describe it in the right words. Very large and every animal you can imagine is there. The animals also have very large enclosures and you can see them from all sides. Lots of variety of food and drink and everything very clean. And the bird show was really very impressive. My children are still talking about how much they liked it days later. They are only 5 and 3 years old, but a better show than this will be hard to beat.

The tickets are pricey, but it is an incredible zoo in a different league to most. The bird show was one of the most spectacular wildlife displays I've ever seen. Facilities are very good and you're never too far from a toilet, café, or restaurant.

We're not really zoo people and the last one we visited was many years ago and not a great experience. We came here because I wanted to see the pandas and it was an ideal stopover on our way further south. The park is well signposted and on arrival there are plenty of staff directing you to the parking places. We bought tickets online and after a short walk from the carpark we were in. Immediately we noticed the trees growing everywhere, it made a welcoming, green and cool start to the day. We headed straight for the pandas so we could see them active before it became too hot, and this was a good strategy. They were either sitting together chomping on bamboo or strolling around, we saw them very close which made for excellent photo opportunities. We then gradually worked our way around the park during the day, taking advantage of the cablecar and paths. We really liked that each section was designed appropriately to each animal, and wherever possible there were no visible bars or cages. Even the gorilla, which seemed only to have a small stream between us! I'm not a fan of animal 'shows' but if you get the chance to attend the bird show (Les Maitres des Airs) you should. Without giving too much away, the ending is so colourful you feel like you are in the middle of a Disney film set, it's beautiful! All the staff we met were friendly and we saw many animal keepers working around the site. The animals looked well cared for and the enclosures have plenty of separate areas for them, such as caves, trees for shade, trees etc. to climb and activities to prevent boredom. Our favourite animals to see were the pandas, elephants, white tiger and rhinos, in fact those that would be most difficult to see in the wild. A huge amount of thought has gone into designing this animal park and they are doing a lot towards education and conservation. We had a brilliant day!

Amazing zoo, incredibly well maintained. Our daughter is obsessed with pandas and all she’s wanted for years is it see real life pandas. We stopped at ZooParc Beauval for 2 days and were not disappointed. It is enormous and even 2 days wasn’t enough to see everything and do everything! We did go in August, and it was very busy and extremely hot. Day 1 was raining to begin with, but when the sun came out, it quickly got to 30°C. It’s very hilly and there is a lot of walking up and down steep hills, it would be a struggle with pushchairs or wheelchairs There is a cable car from one end of the park to the other. The bird show is something else and worth the admission price alone! The toilets are clean and can be found all over the place the food and drink is reasonably priced but the outlets get extremely busy at lunchtime, we queued for 45 minutes to buy some lunch Anyone going in an electric car, there is EV charging in both the north and south car parks, we arrived at 9am both days and staff were actually directing traffic into the overflow carparks first where there isn’t any EV charging, so I just drove around them into the main car parks which were all empty and was able to get plugged in.

Normally we are not 'zoo people' but what a wonderful zoo to visit. So pleased we took two days in order to fully enjoy every part of the zoo. We loved the pandas but our highlight was the bird show. Outstanding and breathtaking. We saw two shows in one day, it was so good. All of the staff at the zoo were very friendly and helpful. The two days were fantastic.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the zoo. The layout of the Parc is easy to follow, so many animals to see and enclosures and facilities were clean and maintained. Really liked the cable car to get an overview of the park, however not many animals can actually be seen from the ride. We all appreciated the water mists located around the parc, very relieving for such a warm day. We chose to eat in one of the eateries on site which was the most disappointing part of the day. We queued for a long time in the sun, service was very slow and the food options were minimal. When we got to be served, staff were polite but the wraps we got served were given quickly, so why it took so long for others in front of us. We manged to locate seats, although noted that others were saving tables for their party whilst others queued. Food and drinks were expensive for what they are. Further round the parc and as the day went on, other eateries were closing before the end of the parc so we're unable to get any snacks or drinks. Perhaps vending machines could be utilised to allow for availability right up until closing time. There was a good range of products in the shop we went to, but of course heavily over priced for what it is. Overall, we would definitely recommend a visit (but take a picnic).
