Welcome to the consultation website for 79-161 Ilderton Road, SE16 3JZ
We are pleased to bring forward proposals for a new shared-living scheme on Ilderton Road, which will be the first of its kind in the London Borough of Southwark. The proposals will comprise 118 affordable homes (40% of the residential habitable rooms), 610 shared living studios, new retail, leisure, commercial, affordable workspaces and community spaces and will range from 3-28 storeys. tp bennett were appointed in February to redesign the proposals for Ilderton Road. tp bennett is an independent architectural, design and planning practice, owned and managed in the UK and with a strong international presence. Their expertise spans every aspect of architectural design including planning, strategy and interiors.
