The music of Suzanne Ciani touches my very soul. This compilation is a beautiful sampling of her work on the Private Music label, arranged in an extremely engaging and enjoyable running order. Everything about her compositional style and unique musical spirit is on display. It would be a wonderful introduction to her work and it remains one of my favorite listens as a devoted fan.
