- Max S1 contributionWe didn’t know what to expect during the tour, but our tour guide, Jessica, detailed everything to us along the way. She made the adventure fun and exciting! Jessica was on time for all of our stops and very detailed when providing history of the Falls and surrounding areas. She answered our questions, gave us plenty of bathroom break chances (with our young children in tow) and suggested great meal options during lunch time. Jessica is a great asset for the company she works for and it would be awesome to have her as a tour guide the next time we return to Niagara Falls! - Claire B3 contributionsWe had an incredible time with Marty! He was funny, courteous, and his passion for his hometown and its natural beauty was contagious. All of the incredible information he shared only deepened our appreciation of falls, parks, and town. We absolutely would not have been able to cover all of these sights on our own, particularly with some in our group with mobility issues. This tour made it easy for everyone to enjoy. He will keep you entertained and safe during your entire trip. We loved how knowledgeable he was of the city and the funny dad jokes he told to make the tour a more fun and personable experience. We were amazed by how well Wilson(our bus driver) navigated through the city with no issues. He gave us helpful tips along the way as to where the best food was, etc. Learning about the whole process of how the Statue of Liberty came to be was a real eye-opener! Stories about Ellis Island were equally fascinating. - Paul EPortsmouth, UK38 contributionsWe had seen videos of the summit before going and thought it would be worth a visit. We weren’t disappointed, it was a great mix of fun experience and great views. Both kids 10 & 13 really enjoyed it.
I’d recommend leaving plenty of time to get in, the queuing took a while, longer than expected. However the team guiding you through were helpful.
The key experience has to be the first mirror room then the room of silver inflatable mirror balls… We got some great photos and videos from both.

- Charles L1 contributionWe did the American-Canadian tour, which lasted from about 9 am to about 3 pm. Our guide was Eduardo, who was well organized in keeping our group informed about what we were going to see, how much time we had at each destination, and keeping things moving. The falls themselves were impressive (I hadn't seen them before), and I was entirely pleased with the day.
A word of warning - we were told the boat ride would be wet, and it was. The Cavern of Winds, however, was much more so; any part of me not covered by the poncho was drenched!
We had a shopping bag full of souvenirs which we accidentally left on the bus at the end of the tour. Eduardo talked to the other passengers, determined it was our bag, called, and arranged a meeting time and place near our hotel so we could pick it up. Being a solo traveler I wanted to tour the Galls safely. Over the Falls Tours was the best way to see the sights. My tour guide , Ed was amazing. He picked me up at my hotel then he picked up several more guests. He was very knowledgeable about everything Niagara. He was very pleasant to tour with. The tour bus was comfortable. Ed made sure we were all comfortable with the temperature on the bus. Ed’s driving was safe. He pointed out lots of landmarks and gave us plenty of time at each stop. The tour lasted 5 hours and he let me choose where I wanted to get off the bus at the end. The stops along the tour were all amazing! - Linda K15 contributionsWe arrived and within minutes there was an enormous downpour. Employees allowed us in ahead of our tour time because of sustained rain and lightening very close. They suggested exchanging tickets for the next night, and staff members were very accommodating.
