Iphone stuck on unavailable with no option to reset passcode or anything other than "emergency" button.

This phone is an Iphone X I think, and I also forgot the password and the phone has ghost touch. The other issue is that my email has the 2FA code to the number so I can't login to my email account without unlocking my phone and seeing the message. How do I reset the phone and fix this? The phone is also stuck on unavailable so the hours don't go down. They're staying at 8 hours.
