We made an order yesterday and it never arrived. No apology no nothing.
My brother also made an order in store and it was ready after 2 hrs. !! Definitely not the place to go.

the most worst staff I had ever meet .. more than 7 plus their duty manager kicking and insulting couple of customers in the street ... it is a real shame to employ such as this type of manners .
i will never ever visit that branch or eat in any restaurant holding that name " heart attack "

A distinctive product and the quality is good, but note that the number of pieces contains wings. Please do not give wings as part of the meal preparation, Hyper 10th branch, and take 2 wings of 9 pieces.

A very bad experience. I got poisoned because of it. I hope no one goes there again. The chicken is blue and all blood and bits of food. The atmosphere is dark and the bathrooms are not clean. It is a real place and not clean.

Didn't we let us roll his jaw and the cheese had hair on it and she said she took the hair off of it and her style was bad and the food had a bad taste. They put it in the refrigerator. When we first sat on the table, it came down and it wasn't hot and the potatoes were oily and cold. I can't wait for someone to go.

Seriously, something very, very bad. There are a lot of people who said it was bad, but we said we would try it. We tried it, and we wish we didn't try it. We asked for the combo offer for 8 people. It consists of four beef sandwiches, two tortillas, two sandwiches, two potatoes, and one coorslaw. What did we get for four? A tortilla and four sandwiches, I mean, we didn't get the beef and the potatoes were on our hands, even though that's not what's in the pictures, and the corn slaw didn't come out, but we paid for it and we brought cheese outside the display. The cheese was full of hair, and this could cause poisoning. God knows, this hair is in what, and when we went to talk, they told us what's in it. These pictures are to attract people, and we are going to the blog for something and you are for something, and the treatment is bad, other than the place, it is discreet, and also the bathroom is for women and men together 🤦🏼♀️ I mean, if someone is adjusting the veil, someone is afraid for her, and the cleanliness of the place is very bad, I advise no one to go 🫶🏻

There was no food available other than the chicken sandwich, and it was very bad. The chicken was cold and stale, and the price that was calculated was one and a half times what was written on the Internet, under the pretext of the price having increased. Today the restaurant is disgusting and the smell of oil is gagged.

The worst fried chicken I have ever eaten in my life
Kentucky at its worst levels is not that ugly
I ordered meals and one of them was spicy
The meal I wanted was spicy, it came as normal, which means there was an error in the order
The chicken is black. This is the first time I see chicken that has this color. I don’t know how many times it has changed. The taste of oil is ugly. The taste of the food and the spices they are seasoned with are extremely ugly and very salty. The rice is salty and its spices are ugly. The potatoes are very dark and their spices are ugly.
The worst place I have ever eaten in my life. I would not advise anyone to eat there and throw their money on the floor.
