Very bad and offensive behavior or the staff at the heathrow airport. Almost cost me an anxiety attack before and during flight. Made me bad in front of my kid and flagged me for further travel as well.

Absolute rubbish airline, probably the worst I have ever been on, the crew are lazy, not interested in the passengers, and to top it all off, they somehow managed to put a hole in my suit case. Telling me later its just wear and tear.. Take my advise and use another airline.

Jet Blue is a stock exchange listed company and should be held accountable for stranding people for over 10 hours. Our flight was 2nd for take off and they had a safety issue on the plane that is fine. WHY did we get left in an airport for ten hours. Total joke of a company.
