ION Orchard is a prestigious shopping mall located in Orchard street. Multi stories mall with car parking. All brands must be found there as well as many restaurants, cafes and spas.

Not a good feel / flow shopping centre
We didn't enjoy the feel of this shopping centre, it doesn't have a flow. We had to ask the concierge how to get from L to B as there are different escalators that take you to different locations, and some escalators are so big they skip floors. Sooo many luxury brands and felt a lot of the same same. Couldn't find a place to just stop and sit comfortably and have a cup of coffee. One small place we came across on B at the wheelock end of the mall [can't remember the floor #] would only allow us to pay by card. Come on CASH is a legal tender and they should not be able to stop us paying cash. WE WALKED OUT!! More people need to do this and show it's unacceptable to 'choose' to do this!

Stunning mall with everything under 1 roof
Beautiful mall with everything under 1 roof. The restrooms are absolutely divine and spotless. All stores here with loads of restaurants. We ate at jumbo seafood during cny. The signals around was wonderful and we never got lost

Appalling Directions

The signage/information is appalling. The directory screens are incorrect. I waited behind 3 people who tried to use the system - all 3 walked away shaking their heads. did also. Trying to find the concierge and/or "get out" to Orchard Road is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Very busy place

ION is always crowded due to its very centralised location on Orchard Road and also sitting on top of Orchard MRT.

The branded signature shops are on the higher floors. The basement has a good variety of shops, food outlets and restaurants.

Two rude security guards working as Tracetogether at 720am on 24Dec2021

Lousy experience cuz of two rude security guards(old Indian woman and old Malay man) working as Tracetogether near MAC store at 720am on 24Dec2021.

The two security guards(old Indian woman and old Malay man) were rude to me when saying things like “Is it your first time using Tracetogether?” when something went wrong with my Tracetogether token. Instead of assisting me, they use mean words to me. It happened at 720am. Please kindly investigate.

A True SG ICON Mall 乌节路的亮点

I decided to stroll around this
well-established mall after sent
baby daughter to childcare.

Maybe I was in a rush early morning that
forgot to bring my mobile powerbank.

Fortunately a nice & professional concierage officer Mr Vincent helped me charge the handphone which beyond his duty.

a Big Thank You to him and highlight this
KIND GESTURE to ION management team.

HOPE retail industry will still
sustained well even during this Conv19 period.

Wild ION

Just a mere mention of the ION @ Orc makes me think of my wild days in campus where I went to orchard a lot after classes. This place has a lot of exciting shops and eateries to anticipate upon. There are a lot of people but with the recent convid the crowd has decreased a bit.

Oh my! shopping!

ION Orchard is the place to shop. Singapore has tons of places where you can shop until your feet gets tired. The mall is huge and so much to see inside. I walked here practically every day to get my steps. A safe place to be when you’re a solo female traveler.

ION is my of my favorite shopping malls due to it's central location. You can find affordable brands as well as atas luxury brands here. It's connected to both MRT and other shopping malls via underground link.

Probably the best mall along orchard road, and rivals the marina bay sands mall. It has all the luxury and non luxury shopping you would ever want, and more. Many restaurants and cafes as well of course. Plus art galleries, singapore airlines office, and ATMs

Upmarket Shopping Mall

ION Orchard mall is one of the posh shopping malls I have visited in Singapore. It is easily accessible through public transport and through metered cabs as well. There are plenty of fashion retail shops and good choice Jewellery shops at the basement. The prices in Jewellery shops are reasonable. I would definately recommend a visit to this mall.
