Dante Bishop is a major character of movies The Purge, The Purge: Anarchy, and The Purge: Election Year. He is portrayed by American actor Edwin Hodge.

The Purge

In the original movie, Bishop plays the strange man that runs up to the Sandin house and plays an important role overall, credited as "Bloody Stranger".

The Purge: Anarchy

Bishop makes another entrance, this time in Camelo's group. He is mostly unannounced but can be very well recognized, credited as "The Stranger" and referred to as Dwayne.

The Purge: Election Year

Dante Bishop appears on a news broadcast for anti-Purge movements. He later appears to be running the sanctuary for injured poor people. He was responsible for the NFFA church's burning down. He then got killed by Earl Danzinger.
