Archbishop Ryan High School Reviews
Rating 4.13 out of 5 270 reviews
Highschool has been a blast. I have grown so much, and I still have a year to go. My name is Adrianna most people at Ryan call me Aidey. I love the athletic programs at Ryan. I am a member of Archbishop Ryan's competitive cheer team, and I am a captain on the varsity field hockey team. Sports are my life. I also enjoy the fact that the school tries to involve everyone in games and events whether you are an athlete or a fan. I remember being a first-year students and thinking four years are going to go so slow, but that is not the case. I have made so many great connections with teachers and staff and have had great academic opportunities to grow and thrive. Socially Archbishop Ryan checks all the right boxes. The only negative thing I have to say is the food is not it. The quality of the food is awful and there is a lack of options. I will not eat anything out of the cafeteria except for the chocolate chip cookies. I would improve the nutrition options at Ryan.
My time at Archbishop Ryan High School was marked by exceptional faculty support, led by Principal Mr. McFadden. His leadership fostered an environment of respect and encouragement. The success of our sports teams, like the bowling and soccer teams winning PCL championships, brought immense pride. The dedication of our coaches taught us valuable lessons in teamwork and perseverance. Mr. Panepresso's strict discipline ensured accountability and integrity, shaping us into responsible individuals. Overall, Archbishop Ryan provided a transformative experience, fostering growth and camaraderie that I'll always cherish.
Archbishop Ryan is an excellent environment to prepare for college in. The principal and staff are truly caring and focused on student success! Every year, improvements are made and clubs & athletics are continuously growing! There is a fit for every student at AR!
