Has A Family Of Four With Husband

The Kabul native and Michael share two children from their marriage.

They welcomed their first child, son Elijah Brown, on April 19, 2013. They also call him Rakim. After two years of their son's child, they welcomed a daughter on September 21, 2016. They named her Harlem.

In an Instagram post for 2020 mother's day, Rafiqzada shared that she never thought motherhood was her cup of tea. She actually didn't want to have kids while growing up. However, things changed and so did her mindset.
