    i would like to see more vegetarian options. please bring back the hummus and vegetable plate!! otherwise service was phenomenal

    We've been going to the Arlington Rusty Bucket for well over 5 years. This is the worst it's been in that span, which is saying something. There are only 2 servers in the entire restaurant that are competent. You'd think being in UA and one of the only family restaurants to go to, they'd have this place operating like a well-oiled machine. We've had awful service every time we've been there... they forget your order, forget your food and drinks are ready, and sit there mingling with one another instead of doing their jobs. The sad thing is people will still keep packing the place since it's in a great location and one of the only family-friendly restaurants. I'd recommend making the 5-10 minute extra drive to the Hilliard location OR going to Carsonie's, where they know how to provide good customer service.

    Very nice server but he forgot several items at different times and mixed up which wine my wife ordered. We love Rusty Bucket but if this were our first time going there it may have been the last.

    Our server, Chris, was excellent and deserves 6 stars out of five!! He helped us make celebrating our family birthday phenomenal. He was very attentive, accommodating, understanding of the children in our group. Chris even asked if he could hang the drawing of a dragon our grandson made while waiting for our meal. He also brought our grandson more pasta and our granddaughter a small kid sized salad halfway through our delicious meal. Everyone enjoyed the generous piece of cake and ice cream! Delicious!! Chris brought clean forks for us as the dessert was paced around the table. We called mid afternoon to add 2 to our reservation and we were pleasantly accommodated! Delicious food for a reasonable price! Thank you! We will be back! Carol and Jim Wells

    Wonderful food, but we had seats right next to the bar, where everyone picked up their drink orders. Really loud, constant coming & going. The seats were not comfortable & felt like I was sucken down in seat. Had to lean forward to get my food.

    I gave the service category 4 stars, but not because the waitress didn’t do a 5 star job. She did her best and was very pleasant and helpful. She was just over worked. Like most restaurants these days, there wasn’t enough staff to cover all the restaurant patrons.

    Went for simple fish and chips. Service was very good. Noise level moderate to a bit louder; sat near bar with lots of TVs playing. Food was served quickly. Fish was fine but a bit dry; coating ok but nothing special. Price was average for type of place and food. Have had other menu items previously that were better. As it is close we’ll be back but choose our food items more carefully.

    We had the fish n chips for lunch. They were the best we have ever had, perfect temperature, crispness & flavor.....kudos to the chef!

    Horrible service & incorrect food delivered. Our server made a total mess of separating the check between 2 families at the end of the night. The restaurant wasn’t super busy, no excuse for this sort of experience!
